It's a very small town that I currently live in. My coworkers knew about my Autism long before I got the job, because they know people who I went to school with, know my husband, etc. I didn't share the information willingly, it's just known. I'm 26, and I was diagnosed at a very young age. I was kind of an oddity for most of my life, because Autism just wasn't as well-known when I was a child. So when I was diagnosed I was the first person many people who who had Autism.

I don't, and I have no desire to get into a lengthy and costly court battle right before quitting my job and moving to a different state. That would be more of a punishment for ME than them.
