Our drug tests have been inaccurate for a long time now, and with legalization of marijuana approaching, their methods are still useless at figuring out if someone is impaired. In this case I assume it's a full-on pee test but it's the same effect; people are getting punished despite not doing anything wrong and it's fucking heartbreaking.

If I'm not mistaken, dietary allergies are different and it depends on how bad the allergy is. Guy here is speaking more to an allergy like mine (grass) where more exposure builds resistance to the point where you can hardly consider it an allergy anymore (and my allergy was never severe to begin with). An allergy like an extreme reaction to peanuts won't respond very well to building up a resistance (again, I could totally be wrong)
