I'm pretty sure this photo was taken in Brazil. You can't buy a bigger more expensive car here for two reasons: 1. It's expensive as fuck; 2. I read that if you're young the changes are quick, after 25 years of age it's something like 10 years for good results. It's not abnormal is just holding your tongue againts the top of your mouth, mouth closed. You can do it everyday at any time just like holding your head up right like you should for good posture. It's also the same posture for tongue that is advised for meditation.

I got a little overbite but my teeth are ok, my doubt is because one the channels I saw teaching the correct posture also said to aling the front teeth (think of biting with your front teeth but still keeping them a little separate), but I haven't seen anything talking about alinging front teeth in other places.
