2	Raising confidence Hey man im in a similar situation. Im doing college and high school as a senior (runnig start) and have been lifting all summer and doing nofap for quite a while. My highschool days i was extremely introverted. You need to find out why you are introverted and fix those problems. Fear of what other people think?
