It has been almost 4 years and although I don't think about it often, I figured that it is important for others to know that it is possible. It's nice to hear about the transition of someone though as a comparison. I think that it honestly depends on whether or not your father is circumcised. When I was younger, I saw my dad's dick a few times and I thought everyone was circumcised. I identified myself with that similarity.
