As a woman, you probably have more agency to talk about men rights than men themselves so use that to your advantage. In Canada it is defined as a woman intentionally murdering her child while "not fully recovered from the effects of giving birth to the child and by reason thereof or of the effect of lactation consequent on the birth of the child her mind is then disturbed". At least in Canada, it isn't just anyone killing a baby. There's a strict guideline to what constitutes as infanticide and it usually has to do with a mentally unstable mother killing their newborn as a result of giving birth or something like that. The bigger debate should be whether or not we should take into account mental illness in court when someone commits a crime.
