"You can't..." You can't just attack people on verbal slights unless you want to go to jail. You can't meet perceived slights with violence unless you want to give up your freedoms for a period of time. You can't cause someone physical injury because your feelings are hurt if you don't want to have to pay them some ridiculous sum of money when their lawyer drags you to court. Now, the guy is that dude that when completely apeshit and attacked someone in class. She will be portrayed as the victim…

Oddly, she probably can find some desperate man to fuck her. What she lacks is the warm adoration that the couple was expressing to one another, and that's why it sent her over the edge. Nobody loves her. Nobody wants to be seen expressing open affection to her in public. Nobody is proud to have her on their arm. Nobody takes her out and can't keep their hands off of her. Her desperate need for affection and adoration is a vicious pain that dwarfs the superficial need for sex. That, or she's jus…

The only way to change it is to change the law and the way the judges rule. Then it's a legislative answer, but at least it's an answer.

Legally, the "actual" father did nothing wrong. He isn't taking your money, the government is. It seems a civil action could argue that actual father is causing financial father fiscal damage by refusing to step up and support his biological offspring. There has to be a legal remedy to this bullshit.

It seems to me that the guy could sue the actual father. Dude needs a good ole fashion knee-breaker attorney.

Fellow OC resident here, and I can verify that this is exactly what I observed. There was a groundswell in this country for Bernie; excitement for his candidacy. There was none of that for Hilldog. There is absolutely no way in hell that Bernie legitimately lost that primary. None. If you want to blame someone for Trump having been elected President of the US, it's the DNC and their complete and utter disenfranchisement of their entire voter base.

That is all I've ever said. The fuck it is. The idea that cops will dismiss any sort of circumstances that portray the woman as the aggressor and arrest the male regardless is just ignorant. Look familiar? That statement is exactly wrong. I've grown tired of your bullshit. Cut your losses and go irritate someone else.

Sweeping generalizations based on anecdotal evidence I said that it happens, and I've said that it happens frequently in my experience. You've offered exactly zero evidence to the contrary. You can pretend you know about police procedure I have a firm grip on reality. You do not. Police "procedure" and the reality of what police do and what they face on a day-to-day basis rarely fall in line with exact each other, if ever. Or do you have some evidence that it does? I'm wondering why you keep bab…

Look, I get it. You're upset because you're being downvoted, but that doesn't make you any less wrong. You are referencing nothing. You have nothing to support your idealistic nonsense. Get over it, you're wrong. Have a nice day.

You're using anecdotal evidence Yes. A lot of it. And what are you referencing? The idea that cops will dismiss any sort of circumstances that portray the woman as the aggressor and arrest the male regardless is just ignorant. What you like to think and what actually is are apparently two entirely different things.

I've been through this, a few of my friends have been though this, and I'm sure plenty of people who will read this thread have been through this. You have no idea what you're talking about. I'm sure in some isolated instances, cops will weigh all the evidence available and come to the proper conclusion, but the vast majority of the time they just want to get the call over with and GTFO.

Oh, I didn't say anything about just her having injuries. Cops still side with the woman 9 times out of 10, or they'll take the man to jail even if all evidence points to the woman as the aggressor and the man as acting purely in self defense. The only way some municipalities have changed this policy at all is to just go ahead and take everybody to jail, no matter who's at fault, but there are plenty of cops that instantly assume it's the big bad guy who beat up the poor defenseless girl.

The law backs you up on this The "law" doesn't mean shit when those enforcing it have prejudices of their own, and when cops show up and find a woman with a bruise they rarely take the man's story that she hit him first.

It's because there is no "terror". There is no situation where a woman is abusing a man and he feels trapped, like he can't escape, due to physical differences. Absolute and complete horseshit. The very fact that we fear legal reprisal for merely defending ourselves against a physical attack from a woman is cause for "terror". Do you think it is out of the question for a women to escalate a physical confrontation by using a weapon? Grab a kitchen knife from the kitchen or a fireplace poker to wh…

While true, the ability for the average man to hit harder than the average women should not be a point ever considered when discussing abuse from either side. It is not helpful and only serves to dismiss the fact that someone is being attacked physically, which is the real issue that needs to be dealt with. While I do not advocate violence, it is every person's right to do what they have to do in order to stop an attacker. A woman can break your nose. A woman can kick you in the crotch. A woman …

your life will be better with or without a silly contract I agree, but people change and situations change. The marriage contract just makes a break all the more difficult and painful, and it is completely unnecessary in nurturing a prosperous and loving relationship. If anything, it's like trying to enjoy a meal while handcuffed to the dinner table. If I like the food, then why do I need the handcuffs to keep me at the table? Pretty soon it will be the only thing that I'm thinking about, which …

Then those states need to update. If a man has to pay for children from a relationship that fell short of marriage, but is denied custody rights, then there is a serious problem with that state's legal system, but that is still no reason to bury yourself for life by getting married.
/r/MensRights03/05/15 01:58 AM

That's of questionable merit. There is nothing stopping an unmarried couple from having a wonderful life together, including the raising of children. In the case of a divorce, the man is no more likely to get a better visitation schedule or custody settlement than that of a man who has fathered children outside of marriage. This is not 1952.

There is nothing in marriage for a man, unless he's marrying up and into old money. Think about it. The wedding is for the woman and if the marriage fails, it's the man that gets taken to the cleaners 99 times out of 100. Why any man would want to get married is beyond me.
