In the same situation. I tend to avoid the subject. Playing football and wrestling forced me to take cold showers/ice baths. I never enjoyed them but they sure as hell worked wonders for healing my body. If yall work out, which you should be, then cold showers WILL help you in the long run. Other benefits may be achieved by some people but for me it has been primarily for joint health.

Youre probably right. I just turned 19. I worked a manual labor job in the FL heat with long shifts and no meal. Id eat small snacks throughout that I brought. Oatmeal for breakfast and meats, veggies, or pasta for dinner. This was 4 days a week, i hit the gym in the off time. But ya it was a lot of weight very quickly. But it saved myself from just going through life knowing im fat and ill always be fat. It opened my eyes to a new way of living. Being attractive to women and all that.

Great guide. I was 235 pounds playing football in high school, a fat 235. I quit that and just focused on fitness and lost 60 poinds in a matter of 4 months. Bulked to 185-190 and looked great. Unfortunately i got a girlfriend and over a year i regressed back to 215 and lost motivation. These basic principles are what have kept my motor running in my goal to get back to what i used to look like. Sometimes this weight loss thing aint so hard as ya think

So question then. I am starting up a company. We have one product and we want to place it into larger stores like publix, target, along with smaller local shops. Problem im seeing now is that if we get 5 companies willing to buy our product. Thats 20 percent of our business each in a void. How does a startup selling a product (not a service) go about finding enough buyers to ensure not one is over 10 percent? We are so early stage its a guaruntee that will happen

As a Florida boy who webt to college in DC, I almost never went without some sort of jacket... figures my roomates wanted the temp turned to 65 all the time so i just enjoyed the feel of a hoodie even at the gym... women just cant fucking adapt and improvise to their environment, its not in their programming

Thank you to everyone who responded, I've been lurking here for about 6 months or so. I notice that a lot of what is said here I already do but obviously there is a lot to improve on.
