In Germany (also depends where in Germany but in the south) if you get often suspended then it'll be notice on your certificate. Former classmate got like 6 times suspended. Last thing I heard from him he didn't get a job because of it and ended up in the military(as they were one of the only one who would take him)

That's actually so common. When beggers ask for money I always suggest I'll buy them a sandwich or something else to eat. And its surprisingly often that the beggers refuse they want money and not food. Don't get me wrong most people will gladly take the food and are really happy then. But it happens really often that people refuse.
