It's more about approaching women with honesty and vulnerability. There's a lot in it about becoming a better person yourself through working out and doing what YOU want to do, but I'd say it's far from red-pilled. If I'm not mistaken, he even dubs it as an "anti-pua" dating book for men

/r/seduction and anything else PUA related really. Also to help get out of this mindset, try checking out some of Mark Manson's stuff. The Subtle Art helped me find peace and understanding in who I am as a person, and Models helped when it came to dating. His blog posts are really good too
