Style is a hard one for me. Until recently I was in the medical field and long hours hours plus working 5-6 days a week for the past 2 years means I have more scrubs than anything else. I have changed fields and have used it as a point to get a new hairstyle but am still working my style past blue jeans and a polo. One thing I do know I need to work on is to stop trying to dress to hide myself.

Starting with a fast. It always gets me back in the right headspace. I have lost 50lbs in the last 6 months. Got some really good numbers back from my doctor, and let go of my focus. What I Want Consistency. Why I want it I think its my biggest hurdle to success. I have great plans and ideas but have never been consistent enough to execute on them.
