Own my own home and land and also 20 acres of forest in another state. She left millions on the table because she cheated, she can kiss my white ass. Grew up poor as shit. Got educated and getting my PhD in the fall, God is great!

Well it happened she looked beautiful and even brought me some breakfast. We hugged goodbye and I gave her a peck on the cheek. This sucks. You were all right it screwed my head up. But also said we are never getting back together. Destroyed me.

Mine set up hidden spy cameras after leaving and not telling me. Wild when I found them. Then keyed in while I was asleep to take them. Mental, Asked for my key back after that forgot she still had it.

I did because I did a ton of research to pick wisely. Only had to pay the retainer fee of $3500. Helped that we didn't drag out the process at all. He actually used a timer to keep his time legit.

I'm still deeply in love with her and loyal which sucks and I know logically I shouldn't but my heart is sadly still with her after 13 years together. She was my dream woman and I hate feeling that way.

I'm sorry it sucks. Divorce is horribly painful. Get a lawyer and a therapist and get your ass to Church and join a men's group while getting some Jesus in your tank.. I've lived across the street literally from a church for 20 years and never went there. I met SOOO many friends and great people. Bonus I can just walk to it in 5 minutes.

It is. Worst of my life. Been in three car accidents that totaled my cars. Been abused as a child physically. Gotten into street fights. Fallen down a flight of stairs twice face first.. Assaulted in the bathroom in Target likely because I run my mouth but can back it up. Through it all my God protected me for some reason. Nothing brought me down like losing the love of my life. Horrible to lose your Juliet. But now I'm rising up and getting a PhD program to better myself and get my focus off he…

Don't stalk, they are just giving themselves self therapy for doing what they know is wrong. Zero accountability and loyalty, save themselves. They are the priority and main character syndrome.

Time, people, hobbies,, nature, weights. JESUS CHRIST and church. Jesus has been my best friend through this. Praise His holy name! INRI (King of the Jews) May I be worthy my Father, when I stand before Your light. during judgement. May my sins be forgiven and my love for You outweigh them.

Sorry brother, par for the course. Totally traumatizing. Hurts like hell. The only way out is through. My heart still aches. When I talk to women I don't know they treat me better than a woman I promised my life to. So one day I'm going to go hard in the paint.

100% I used to use women to get over a woman, just ended up breaking hearts and then matured, Don't do that anymore. Only once I'm healed from this divorce will I involve another woman. Until then I'll just crank one out.

This! Planning a trip to Ireland to get out of my house (which she largely renovated so memories are constant) and treat myself to my motherland, As an Irish American have always dreamed of going there, no better time than now. First grass I see I'm going to drop to my knees and smell it and grab it. Can't wait for the rolling hills, accents and music. Erin Go Bragh! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G258UQkn9ho

Totally agree. She's got some untreated mental instability issues but never listened to me when I told her. MASSIVE anger management issues unlike any women I've ever dated and would the last two years when she got pissy she left 4 times for months at a time yet stalks me on here. HI MALLORY.

Right? She ain't that.
/r/Divorce_Men11/03/26 02:18 AM

My bad, I get it. I apologize to you, Yeah I think she gets pissy because she regrets not taking more money from me once she realized my net worth by STALKING me on here. HI MALLORY! I fought for 9 months after our divorce daily to win her back, had to just accept the outcome it was only making me miserable and defeated. She loves me but isn't in love with me I'm guessing. She calls me a selfish narcissist - In my entire lifetime no one has ever called me that, I've even asked others to see if I…

You're ahead of me, not happy but still have gratitude for what I still have? A home? paid off Appliances? paid off Truck and MDX? paid off Investments worth millions? Yes I came from jack shit, basically poor and went and got myself highly educated. 90the percentile GMAT top 10 MBA program. Eating out of soups cans growing up and looking in the trash. Changed my life, why I'm going back to for my PhD so I might teach.

Amen! Thought I found a good one, nope.

Relatable I encouraged her from making 37K to almost 200K, not to mention her investments I was managing, I coached her my entire marriage. My reward? Divorce papers and taking my money. Also men aren't weak, some are but it's fallacy and seems like her way of excusing her actions. I'm a wrestler, boxer and bodybuilder...yeah tell me I'm weak lol when you have to sit down to pee. Marriage? Never again. Strange? As much as I can get.
/r/Divorce_Men10/03/26 01:14 AM

No why would you ask me that? Is your mother a POS?
/r/Divorce_Men10/03/26 01:03 AM

She's a sweetpea and kind. My ex wife has always been jealous of anyone or anything that I take interest in. Friends, family and hobbies. She had to be the focus at all times.

I'm so sorry, losing a parent sucks ass. I lost my Father to cancer and was driving to the airport got the call and had to pull over and let the waterworks happen. I wanted to see him in the morgue and despite the nurses recommend I didn't I insisted. It was brutal but he was my hero so I owed him respect despite my own suffering seeing him dead, So I held his dead hand and kissed his forehead. Then I prayed over him. Broke my spirit. Slightly, I think trying to fight for her impeded my progress. That and it happening over winter was horrible couldn't get out into nature like I used to, to clear my head, see deer and listen the birds and the wind blowing through the trees.. The silence was defeating but things are looking up. Still love her, still miss the shit out her but it's out of my control at this point. Outside of the second divorce (I was only married once) I could have written this. It's been 8-9 months and I'm still devastated. I guess therapy, using support like this forum and time? When I got served I was in complete shock. 13 years for nothing and a loss of $158k to add to the misery. Why I will never marry again.

As an alcoholic I'm sorry. We have a brain disease that is not seen as kindly as a cancer patient or that of the diabetic. No one understands the disease save, even medical professionals. The only one who understands is another alcoholic. We are damaged but can be healed, loving, empathic people. We hate ourselves and others think we hate them but it's not true, most of us love others more than ourselves. I have my MBA and and pursing my PhD in the fall, yet alcohol was my master. Dude I was in a mental ward and am healing from the trauma of divorce, not to mention trauma from childhood abuse that my sister also experienced what I did and died from overdose. My father died from smocking, both of my younger cousins died in different ways. One of my good friends just died. I've prayed for death but the reaper never came so now I have purpose to share love and light with others. God just wouldn't let me die. SO KINDLY FUCK OFF.

Roger that, it's a process. Thanks. I was just trying to make her laugh (which worked by the way) and feel desired. Do me a favor, virtue signal elsewhere. I was with her for 13 years, she gets me, I get her why it's so hard to be without her. Always tell her I fell in love with the woman not the body. So shut your mouth.

I hear international are much better than US. They actually respect their men, here they only respect themselves. Yep modern women, turn and burn baby turn and burn as Maverick would say. No more commitments just give her the dill pickle tickle and toss it out.

There are websites with local attorney ratings, use those. "This is hard enough without having to add lawyers they don't communicate" Good less communication means less payment. Tell them what they need to know, step away and let them do their job. If you picked a good one, trust the process while paying the minimal amount for it. I paid no more than my retainer fee. Almost self-represented but spoke with someone who said she could reopen and take more, happened to his buddy. Have to get a lawye…

I guess I missed that from the ocean of blame. I do give her credit for that self awareness. Everything else is me me me, which lines up with her statement. Being selfish and recognizing it doesn't make it right or excusable.

Why I will never marry again, it always devolves to this shit with women and they justify/rationalize it to make themselves feel better so they don't have to take accountability for their own failures. Notice she mentioned none of her own faults and we all have them. Typical.
/r/Divorce_Men04/03/26 10:52 PM

Yeah they don't know how to honor vows eventually. She wants to be my GF and I dig her? Sure I'm in but that's where it ends. Game over for marriage on my end.

Great advice, thank you! Yeah she never responds to my texts anyway and my calls go straight to voicemail which is strange because I don't call her anymore because she just gets pissy and it's an argument. Yeah I had to learn to concept of gray rock recently. The cameras are gone and she returned the keys, also changed the code to my alarm system. Haver personal protection means as well. Non-lethal and lethal. Would NEVER want to hurt her ever, quite the opposite. I would've died for that woman. Probably still would.

Yeah took me awhile to stop fighting for her and stop communicating. Not my monkeys not my circus anymore. I hate that I still love and miss her that's the worst part because it's keeping me from meeting someone new. It's like when a person loses a limb and have phantom feelings of it - it's like that with my loyalty to her.
/r/Divorce_Men03/03/26 10:18 PM

I can't stop fighting for her, I don't know how to quit fighting for the love of my life. As long as she is single I will fight to the death for her. I've been with many women but none like her. It is a sin punishable by eternal life in hell. I'm not God so I can't provide judgement but it's not good in the afterlife. The one thing that kept me from deleted myself in the early days of my divorce was my God fearing mentality and my faith in Jesus Christ.

/r/Divorce_Men28/02/26 09:28 PM

Damn I guess I got off easy then, but that was probably when she still loved me. I paid $3500 to the lawyer and $118k to her. Now she treats me like trash and doesn't even communicate. Time for me to move on to the next one. I'm sure she cheated to boot. Yeah the system caters to women, no more marriage for me! Women seem to have a hard time with loyalty.
/r/Divorce_Men28/02/26 09:23 PM

I'm not saying I don't love her or miss her, still a roller coaster but I believe she cheated and lied about it. Had privacy protectors on her phone and computer working at home.

I mean there is so much more to it setting up spy cameras, breaking and entering, burglary, extremely controlling, taking my credit card and spending, physical assault, throws tantrums, stalks me on Reddit HI MALLORY and the list goes on. But today was just the end of it for me. I'm actually just ready to meet someone new, tired of her shit after 13 years. My ex is the same, she even set up spy cameras in my home after she moved out which is highly illegal. Get a lawyer DO NOT leave the house File a police report for assault (had to do that with mine) Just ignore the bullshit After 13 years my ex started wanting her name on all my things, didn't comply.

Yeah was pretty instant for me, the first few days were okay because I thought it wasn't over and then water works for a month or two. The lack of companionship and intimacy are horribly painful. I want to have some intimacy with a woman but still feel loyal to her, sucks.
/r/Divorce_Men24/02/26 07:56 PM

I mean everyone is different but mine isn't intensifying but that could simply be because I've gotten so used to the pain?

Thanks man, well some straight stock, Roth IRAs and IRAs after maxing out the Roth. You I'm sure know this but diversifying is key so get some good mutual funds - check their histories of growth and go from there. Also different markets like tech, biotech, oil/gas, etc. As an aside, I grew up poor but worked my ass off to become educated, will be pursing my PhD in either biochem or philosophy in the fall. I came from jack shit.

I debated that even asked around no one could give me a definitive answer. But I was investing, started in my 20s and now am a millionaire with zero debt. Compound interest is a helluva drug. I also thought about selling this house and renting but heard it was a nightmare and with home prices so insane I don't find the juice to be worth the squeeze. Also had to replace my furnace, water heater and roof - don't care for another set of expenses like that.
/r/Divorce_Men24/02/26 07:08 PM

I tried to make an extra payment a month and paid off my 30 year fixed mortgage in 17. I can't really give you advice because I don't have kids but can they do that, wasn't it agreed upon in the divorce or will she just take you back to court? Sorry you're going through this, divorce sucks. Marriage? Never again.

8 months out and I still miss her like it was the first day. She was my best friend and the only woman I've ever fallen so deeply for and I've been with over 30. OP, I can relate to the benzos - I'm an alcoholic and those two are the only two that can kill you when you stop.

Mine moved out and a month later I got served. Yeah it sucked and shocked me after 13 years together. My entire home is a trigger which blows, not just from the memories but she had a ton of renovations done (new flooring, painting the house, coffee bar installed, new cabinets, counter tops and appliances, updated fireplace, huge big screen above the fireplace, new roof, new blinds.) It's like there is no escape. So yeah it sucks because this was all her idea because she claimed it never felt li…

Divorce attorneys always tell you not to move out and if you want it keep it. Yeah rent and home prices are laughably high. Mine has almost tripled in value since I bought and I get calls weekly to sell it because it's in a great area, school district and close to anything you could think of. A studio where I live is much more than the mortgage I used to pay. I'd go for the lowest cost and get some air mattresses.

I'm still attracted to her but after her GLP-1 and working out every morning at 4 AM (I could rarely get her to even go for a walk with me and had to wake her up every morning for work at 7:30 AM) she doesn't look like the woman I feel in love with, still looks good but lost her boobs entirely she used to have a nice rack and I couldn't get my hand fully around one. She almost looks like a stranger to me now...but I'm still in love with her, wish I weren't would make this so much easier.

8 months out of a 13 years and I still haven't lost the feels. I've read on here it takes about 2-3 years.
/r/Divorce_Men24/02/26 05:07 PM

Yep I'll never marry again, once was enough for me and cost me a good bit of money. To her credit she went somewhat easy on me but still, she got a nice little payout from me. No way I'll ever put my assets at risk again. Last two years of our marriage she would pack up things and live with her parents for months. I think she only stayed her 8 or 9 months out of 24. I firmly believe that was the catalyst to our divorce. She also had the nerve to complain about me not visiting.
/r/Divorce_Men24/02/26 04:48 PM

Absolutely, but for the better. Not to say I didn't feel like less of a man that couldn't keep his woman initially but I've done a lot self reflection on where I went wrong and how to course correct. Working on many things now.

Thinking about getting one myself. Not to be TMI but when I go it's enormous amounts so have to just chill the boys out. My ex would give me a handy in the car and it would go all over the place, we had to keep tissues in the car lol. At one point she said, I feel like I jacked off an elephant. I was rolling, that's why I still miss her for her humor and sass.
/r/Divorce_Men21/02/26 02:25 AM

Yeah brother, hard to undo loyalty and love. I know it will pass but it feels like she ruined me for all other women. I even get hit on by women and don't care. I would have killed for that attention as a young man.

Right there with you, I mean I have interest in women but not for the right reasons because I still feel loyal to her so I'm in limbo. Approaching 50 but look very young for my age. Many women love older men including my ex (she was 10 years younger).

Think this to be common. My cousin dated women at first and then came out. I suspect one was ambiguously gay. It's so strange how biology works because I'm about boobs and kitty all day long. Sorry for the loss, anything relationship breaking sucks ass. ( no pun intended lol)
/r/Divorce_Men21/02/26 12:37 AM

The worst part for me is the loneliness but also the loyalty I have for her. Could I go out an pick up some strange? Yes. But my heart is still hers, just sucks. I miss the company of a woman and all that entails but I want it to be her.

Tried it, waste of time and money. The best marriage counseling is two people working together as a team. If one person is checked out, you're cooked.

Yeah brother I bought my home before we met and paid it off, it's in my name. She spent a good bit on renovations but I never asked or care for them and she always reminds how much she spent on our home. She always said it didn't feel like her home and so I wanted her to feel that way so I said fire away. New paint jobs, flooring, appliances, etc. ...and then she leaves me and bitches about it. Like, what woman?
/r/Divorce_Men20/02/26 05:58 PM
1

Yeah I think that might of been how she felt about me. So I'm trying to make positive changes to retrieve her because she is still single. I shared before that I've been with many women had multiple relations of 2-3 years, loved them but the love I feel for her is agape.
/r/Divorce_Men20/02/26 05:48 PM
2

I'm 8 months in after 13 years. Still think about her 24/7. Sucks. Still don't want to date anyone else because my heart and loyalty are still hers.

Mine was financially abusive (stole credit cards) , physically abusive (pushed me, punched me, threw my head into the wall), verbally abusive (screamed and yelled all the damn time) and would also hide alcohol around the house and as an alcoholic myself I would find her passed out the couch all the time with booze next to her. She would get pissed when I found it and drank it even when I begged her not to bring it into the house. Complete psychopath.
/r/Divorce_Men20/02/26 04:18 PM
3

Yeah bro, I was 5150ed because my ex forced me into the hospital for detox (divorce ultimatum). I was pissed so I ripped my IV out and walked out in my gown ass flapping in the wind. A team of about 10 nurses ran out and surrounded me and convinced me to go back. That mental ward gave me PTSD, supremely crazy shit in there.

I eliminated that from my life years and years ago. It gives you a warped version of reality. Most people are just BS anyway, fake. Women get so sucked in and think, "I can do better." So they jet.

Based on recent convos, I'm at that point now. She's just extremely hateful. Not to mention she took my credit cards and was spending like crazy, set up spy cameras in my home after leaving, stole money from her previous employer, bought a car behind my back and was using chat GPT to find gifts for a "manly man" while married and would physically assault me by throwing my head into the wall (I just took it because as a former wrestler I could have wiped the floor with her ass) but I don't put my…

8 months out the heavy lifting is over but I still think about her constantly, every day, 2-5 phuck...seems like a lifetime when minutes feel like months. I even verbally tucked her in tonight. I would always physically tuck her in or cover her up.

Been with women like that, during sex the room would smell for hours. Disgusting. You shouldn't have to use air freshener after sex. It's gross.
/r/Divorce_Men19/02/26 02:24 AM

"Has anyone else had this kind of situation?" Yes, basically the same without kids. Once they check out no getting through no matter what you try. Get angry? Violent. Get sad? Pussy. Try to talk? Manipulative.
/r/Divorce_Men19/02/26 02:17 AM

Perfectly normal, my ex seems happy and I'm destroyed but we have to carry on.
/r/Divorce_Men18/02/26 11:51 PM

I don't have kids because my ex was on BC almost the entire time (13 years) but I recommend pushing through for them. Punch the wall, cry into a pillow, throw some weights around, whatever. Do it for the kiddos, phuck her.
/r/Divorce_Men18/02/26 11:43 PM
4

Who knows, didn't even care to have sex with her because she balloned up. Now She lost a bunch of weight and looks butch. No boobs, sunken face, I couldn't get my dick hard for her if I tried. GLP-1s make people look weird.

"She is functionally a covert narcissist" I believe mine to be one too, told me I was a narcissist, setup spy cameras while I was sleeping and stole my credit cards, cheated, would beat the shit out of me and scream at me, forced me into rehab and bough a new car without involving me, looking back how did I love that much crazy? Attraction is a helluva drug.

As a child of an alcoholic father can confirm, I became one, He would bring home 18 year olds to live with us when I was 16 and he was in his 40s. super weird. And then they would hit on me. Had a pretty rough upbringing. Only by God's light did I buy and pay off my house, vehicles and got my MBA from a top 10 university and and now looking into a PhD in philosophy. God's grace is amazing, He walks with the destroyed,

What helps me the most are AA members and meetings. Been through the gauntlet of shit, hospitals, rehabs and AA is it for me. Using it to try to get my wife back. These are people that get it and don't judge. As I've mentioned, I'm highly educated and have a house paid off and vehicles paid off but this disease does not discriminate. It completely fucked my marriage up and I'm working now to fix it..

The only thing you can do, take it one day at a time. Grieve, join support groups, call people....divorce care is good and filled with women, I'll probably go back lol. Trust me they way they looked at me, they were hungry. I'm starting to remember who I was before her but for a long time she became my identity. She just called and every fucking time it's a shitshow. So I blocked her ass never want to hear from her again.

Her leaving me and breaking my heart. She was also physically abusive. Used to try to beat the shit out of me but, as a wrestler, I just took the licks. There was a time when she was slamming my head into the wall and I pushed her, she fell down and I put my knee on her back and asked her if she was finished, she said yes and I was never hit again. It's true, I've always gone for younger women. My ex was in her mid twenties and I was late 30s when we met. It's just a thing. Not trying to be a jerk so don't feel badly and it's only me, many men don't care. You'll be fine.

Still not completely there but getting closer and closer one day at a time. Just wanted to make sure I was healed so I didn't hurt them if they are into me,,,,and I have a very high success rate with that so I've learned to be careful and not hurt them because I'm pretty picky. Broke many hearts in college because I was immature and horny.

I was told that for years and welcomed death over sobriety because sobriety felt worse than death. Depending on what she drinks, takes a long time to die from alcohol. Have her take Tudca, helps the liver bile and health.

That's normal actually. We are a stubborn lot. As I've said she has to want it. No pushing, not ultimatums, no consequences will work. Lost my loving beautiful wife to this damn disease. Love of my life man, gone. I'm changing so I can retrieve her.

As I said she is drinking to mask something she needs to work out on her own. No amount of pushing will work. Some of us make it some of us don't. Non-alcoholics can't understand it, alcoholics do. Suggest online AA meetings, even if she is drinking as a start. That's how I started. Also buy her a copy of Alcoholics Anonymous books (the big book as we call it). If she reads it cover to cover as I have it could help. Have her start at the back with stories of others. She will start to get it and …

I certainly did when my father passed. I was a mess for months. Loved that man, still do and miss him so much. He raised me as a single parent and helped me to be the man I am today. I didn't just lose a friend and parent I lost the tribal leader of my family (he had 9 siiblings). This strong man looking over at me telling me he was scared and crying as he had cancer, broke me. Mine said the same but saw her today and we laughed and laughed, even hugged and kissed goodbye. Maybe it's their way of justifying fucking things up and breaking our hearts?

I'm not on the other side, don't know if I ever will be. She was the love of my life, still is. Just have to march on soldier. Days are sad, nights are lonely but I refuse to involve another women in my mess. Did that in college based on the advice of my friends, made me feel worse for hurting women that liked me. I felt so ashamed for hurting them because I could see they really liked me.

It was horrible. Thank you. Broke me to even have to do that. I mean the love of my life I have to lay hands on? Just horrible. Then after 13 years told me i was violent. Never hit a woman in my life. False narrative bullshit to excuse herself from being unfaithful. Told her I'd beat the brakes off of him but he didn't show up on the phone.

I wish I could help, I can't because I'm still in love with her. Grieving the living is horrible.

Nothing works for me with therapy, they are all idiots to me. My therapy is friendships, video games, exercise and movies. Sometimes having high a IQ screws you.

Are you me? This is almost identical to my story. Filed assault but never pressed charges. She would slam my head into walls and pushed me down the stairs (hospital visit for stitches over that one) until I shoved her and she went down. Put a knee to her back and asked her if she was done. She said yes an never hurt me again. I cried for hurting her but I had to protect myself. She is hyper aggressive angry and violent. Still loved her though. She effed around and found out.

Yeah I have a daybed upstairs that we bought for our nieces when they would come over. I usually find myself sleeping in that most nights, feels much less lonely. Also it's upstairs so a little warmer in this winter season.

I've heard this, by the time they tell you it's already finished in her mind. My wife would often cry and I would console her. Looking back she was already in the grieving process and I was clueless.

King size and it feels like an ocean without her in it. Every night when she was sleeping I would reach over to make sure she was there and okay. Took me a long time to unlearn that. For a long time I still reached out my arm to check on her and the reality set in that she's gone.

Just having enough to put food in your belly and shelter is enough to be grateful for, I have more than that but doesn't stop my gratitude that the Lord provides. I live in a wonderful area and have wealth and highly educated. Doesn't ';t make me feel better than anyone I have my faults. Humility is the key to life. What you have materially means nothing, people are everything.

Ex kept pushing me into therapy - it's all BS IMHO. They are just a screwed up as anyone else. My therapy is prayer and helping others. And I'm a God loving and fearing man. Maybe doesn't help that I'm a psyche minor. I did try to open my heart to it though. Didn't take.

Spousal support of some kind? I bailed my ex out of $40,000 in credit card debt and then she wants almost $200k from me when she makes almost $200k. Claims she's broke making that kind of money. All while living rent free with her parents. So vindictive. Never getting married again, juice ain't worth the squeeze.

Yeah, I remember just walking up to a lady, gently placing my hand on her arm and telling her she was beautiful. She lit up like a Christmas tree. I've had some decent success in the past with the apps. No idea how they are now. Maybe try something like eHarmony? Most of those apps just end in ONSs, from her or me. The worst is when the send pics of them 20 years younger or using filters so when you meet them it's a shi_show.

It is, I have my undergrad in Bio/Chem/Psch MBA from a top 10 uni. Next stage is liftoff to PhD. I came from nothing by the way, all blue collar. I'm blue collar in spirit but have high IQ which actually screws my life up because I am working on humility ,. Dad was a factory worker and in high school I stayed up past midnight studying and then had to get up to do weigh ins for wresting.

I feel like I could have written your post about my life. Yep, all the same emotions for me. Yeah counseling doesn't do anything when they are checked out. Also the counselor was taking my side and it got her super pissed so she gave up.
/r/Divorce_Men04/02/26 02:47 PM

I was the same way, ran through a bunch of women but never really fell head over heals until I met my ex-wife. Didn't get married until I was 38. Yeah, I haven't had any desire to date. Sure, it would be nice to have some tail but after that she can kick rocks, no more relationships for me and definitely no marriage. I'll never understand why men remarry - didn't you learn the lesson the first time?

Thanks man and there was one time I threw one crate down the stairs, now she is terrified. WTF. After all the times she's beat the shit out of me and thrown shit. Yep 13 years of protection to lead and help, seconds to lose trust.

Right? It's hard enough to lose the one you thought you'd be with forever. Maybe it's because they were cheating and wanted to see if we moved on to another?
/r/Divorce_Men03/02/26 01:11 PM

That's a good suggestion but she can't get in with the deadbolt. Also I have an alarm system and changed the code. Also I don't know if I'll see her again, hope too - still love her as most of us do with our exes. She told me that I was violent, which I am, but never toward women and I don't go out looking to hurt people. She claims she terrified of me after 13 years together, which is bonkers. I was a wrestler and bodybuilder so yeah you have to have aggression with those. I don't know man, I t…

Yeah. When I discovered them I immediately disabled. She came over silently when I was sleeping and retrieved them but I already have photo evidence. That's when I told her I needed my key back. Also a few months before she started wanting her name on everything, weird after 13 years of marriage. I noped out of that one.

To a certain extent true, but on a long enough timeline they all seem to get somewhere close to this. I don't blame them for their biology it's just the way it is, women are very emotional - even the stoic ones. I think it's evolutionary to protect the kids is my guess.

This has merit. Men can be as abused as women. Hard to admit as man must, this the truth. What I mean to say is that their biology shows them to force action to see power. This is in their genes. It's who they are. They want to see protection.
