You are not married to him. Neither of you have any moral obligations to each other. Do what you know you're supposed to be doing. He should do what he knows he should be doing. It doesn't matter what the other person is doing. I say leave or get married... Now. If leave, then do what you're supposed to be doing as a single person who doesn't have to serve anyone else. If marry, then serve each other without keeping score.

Because they aren't married. They aren't married because their parents aren't raising them to become husbands. People need to get back to thinking more generationally (and eternally).

I'm a 40 y/o single man. I swipe like a woman swipes because I want a relationship. I usually read everything and left swipe more than I right swipe.

There are historical records of the past being even worse. It is all due to sin.

I am 40 y/o M divorced father. My friends are single, divorced parents between low 30's to low 50's. The only casual sex I know of is my own with a 35 y/o divorced mom. And that happens about once every 4 to 5 weeks. I want more (hang out with friends and family together); she doesn't know what she wants.

She claims I abused her. I claim she committed adultery (cheated) and abandoned me. Yes, I do claim responsibility for I am the man and before The Lord I am first responsible for my family. Edit: I was not raised on how to correctly court and what all to consider / take seriously before marriage. I was not husband material and she was not wife material. I did not know how much of a leader i needed to be and she did not know how much of a help meet she needed to be.

My 2 cents: I'm 40M and have been through a divorce. It is because of that divorce I've gone through multiple healing/sharing program groups that were co-ed. I would listen to men and women alike tell about intimate details of their life and past relationships. Because of sharing this deep, intimate setting with these women, it has finally come about in my life that I can finally call a couple of women "friend". I call them up to talk things out just as any other man. Also about these 2 particul…

God is the originator of marriage. Marriage between a man and a woman is to illustrate the relationship between The Son and His bride (the church). Oh and uh, be fruitful and multipy.

The fastest way to lower a nation's fertility is to economically incentivize women to become independent. The fastest way to increase a nation's fertility is to economically incentivize men's ability to solely provide for and protect his own family.

It is true my father was an alcoholic but he was the one who made my childhood magical from birth to 10 years old. My mother on the other hand was the one who was with me more but yet she never tried to get to know me. She was also the one who would beat me, scratch me, spit on me, kick me, shake me, scream at me, etc. That was my childhood. I'm 40. My father is dead. I live with my mother in order to take care of her. My mother still doesn't want to hear about anything I'm into or what I like.

1st paragraph: I do not treat women as friends. I treat women as either acquaintances or THE most important person to me. Oh and yeah, once we break up, the woman will be lowered from "most important person" back down to "mere acquaintance" status. 2nd paragraph: I definitely want to put forth effort into giving my next woman what she needs. If those needs includes pleasures, then so be it.

If she is not willing but she is able, then I would not be in a relationship with her. If she was already my wife (I'm committed and she is willing) but she is not able to, then I would stay in the relationship. 2nd question: No.

40/M/ex-MGTOW wanting to marry again: I would absolutely choose to stay with my wife no matter her physical illnesses. For starters, I vetted her through courting her. If I chose to marry her once, then I will always choose her. I'm not just in a relationship with my wife in my marriage, I'm first and foremost in a relationship with The Son of God who invented marriage to evanelise to the rest of the world just what He thinks about His relationship between Himself and His people. Edit: A good hu…

mmmbut Men aren't meant to find a partner in a wife, they are meant to find a help-meet that compliments his mission.

FDS is both an action and a reaction: What came first? The chicken or the egg? What came first? Men dropping leadership or women picking it up? God created man first and gave him dominion over all of the earth before creating his help-meet, woman. When left alone, the woman was deceived first, but oh look, Adam was right there. Man was passive, man did not come to woman's defense. Yet, you can also say with Eve knowing Adam was head over her, woman lusted after the authoritative headship positio…

Extrovert here: Seems like to me an introvert would go about acquiring and keeping more relationships more methodically than an extrovert. Extroverts acquire and keep friends more naturally.

TLDR: It depends on how many kids he wants. I'm a 40 year old man. My longest LTR was almost 14 years. 9.5 of those were married. That ended 4 years ago. (I'm willing to give more details.) As a result I went into MGTOW. I got out because I still want to become married again. I am Reformed Baptist. My opinion on OP: If a woman manages to date while remaining a virgin, then id like to "kill" the man who takes her virginity outside of marriage. The more a woman has sex she goes from being precious…

The test for both men and women is: Have you proven to your community you are not only responsible for yourself but also responsible for other people? A man is to prove he can provide for and protect another person of any age. A woman is to prove she is able to show empathy to and nurture another person of any age. If you can do that at age 12 (like the mother of Jesus), then great! You are worthy of marriage. If you're 42 and still haven't proven that then you're still not worthy of marriage.

Appeal to his masculinity through your femininity. Cheer him on. Be his biggest fan.

He is asking you to enter into his frame. He is to be the head of the household. He is to be the spiritual leader. He is to solely bare the burden of representing his family before the Throne of Grace. He is to be the one that brings scripture to his wife and children. Do you like his religion?

God invented marriage. We were dumb enough to invent government. The church (the bride of Christ) was dumb enough to abdicate its authority over marriage to the government.

Don't try to do it by yourself. Find men you can meet with in person. Find people who have been divorced but are now thriving. Ask churches in your area if there is a Divorce Care group you can attend. I've been through that program twice. It is incredible.
