The day you start lifting is the day you become forever small.

It's actually pretty simple. If you feel regret for your actions and not just the outcome, then yes, apologize. "Never apologize" is advice meant for guys who do that as the default response to conflict, and "only apologize if you feel you genuinely did something wrong" isn't as catchy.

You don't owe your mother a grandchild. You owe her a successful son. That should be your first and only priority. Don't fuck that up so she can hold a baby a few times a week.

Don't get caught living vicariously through someone else's alpha lifestyle. That's the opposite of our goal here.

It's perfectly reasonable to want the company of a higher-quality woman. Just be careful. Vet a woman thoroughly before you LTR her. The trap that I see guys falling into is being so enamored with the idea of a relationship that they project LTR green flags on a low-quality woman. You're choosing a difficult path, OP. Frankly, most women do not deserve a relationship with a high value man, but do everything they can to hide that. Remember, unicorns don't exist. https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPil…

If you can't avoid sticking your dick in crazy, you could at least not get in a relationship with it.

Men are disposable. Everything from social structures to physical evolutionary adaptations are based on the simple fact that sperm is cheap and eggs are valuable. Being angry at it gets you nothing. If you had done your homework on the Stoics, you would know that your mind is the only thing you can control, so control it.

Your ability to give validation is your equivalent to sex. If she gives sex with zero commitment, then you have no reason to give more commitment. If you give validation with zero sex, she has no reason to give more sex.

That's what I was thinking. I know when I'm cutting for fights, I feel like utter shit and have zero willpower. I have to rely on the routine I develop when I feel good to make sure the path of least resistance is the right one.

It seems to fit because you tell the fucking test what answer you want it to give you. It asks you if you're a rational person, then you tell it you're a rational person, then it tells you you're a rational person and people think it's fucking magic. There is no such thing as a useful, reliable personality test, especially a self reported one. The closest you could get is to have yourself secretly subjected to 24 hour surveillance to see how you actually act.

No they aren't. You literally tell the test what answer you want.

I guarantee that this case only exists because this guy talked to the police. They have nothing on him unless during the "interview" they managed to trip him up or get him to misremember some detail. Boom, now he's been caught lying to an officer because some detail of his account isn't exactly what's in the footage. Do not talk to the police, especially if you are demonstrably innocent. It can only hurt you.

Nothing has to come naturally. This is your mind we're talking about, literally the one thing in the universe you have complete control over. Who says you have to be the one talking to be outgoing? People don't remember what you say, they remember how you make them feel. An incredibly easy way give positive feelings is to become genuinely, deeply curious about other people and what they care about.

The MB type assessment is not useful, and you're only using it as an excuse to hold yourself back. All it does is report back to you how you identify yourself, creating an echo chamber that muffles change. Accept that personality is fluid, and get out of your own head. Practice mindfulness meditation, put yourself in social settings. Act like an outgoing, social person, and you'll start to think and feel like and outgoing, social person. All habits are learned.

It's mostly a matter of exposure. The more your put yourself in any situation, the less extreme it will feel. For athletes, visualisation is a common technique to try to put themselves in the big game before it happens. If you're prepared and experienced, anything can feel normal.

Quit seeking external validation from people whose hobbies include Netflix and getting fucked up. If you're not bored, then you're not boring. I always advise leading the conversation towards what the other person cares about. If they don't care about anything, then stop trying to have a conversation with them. If it's a chick you're trying to fuck, you should be flirting, not trying to have a meaningful conversation anyway.

That's not what alpha means. Alpha is simply used to refer to social dominance. Is the alpha male lion the best hunter? Fuck no. He doesn't even hunt at all. He spends all day napping and takes what he wants. He's the best at fighting and fucking. Trying to be the best at everything is no way to live life. It will make you miserable, because you'll never be as good as the person who only does that one thing. Competition is masculine and healthy, but not if you're a bitch about losing. If you can…

The fact that she wants to go without you means you've already lost her to the party girl fever. For you, the only winning move is not to play. The relationship cannot be salvaged regardless of what you do. The best you can do is get out with your dignity. Hard next.

Confidence is great, but false confidence is dangerous. I didn't specify receiving face punches because it's the only thing that matters, but rather because that's what sets the arts I listed apart. If you train at a competitive boxing gym, you will be getting punched in the face. The instructors will tell you that you have to get punched in the face to learn, regardless of your feelings about it. Martial arts that don't feature this, with the exception of Judo, Sambo, BJJ, and wrestling, are un…

You're telling me people step up and swing on you with no input from you to escalate, and it's in no way your fault? You sound like a woman. Take responsibility for your actions. All that aside, do train in something. It's a fantastic, humbling use of your time, and will give you a healthy outlet for the sense of aggression and energy that's leading you to get in fights with dickheads in real life and arguments with dickheads like me. Just promise me you won't get sucked into the cult of shitty …

Show me good Krav. No compliant drills where an instructor is beating up his students because they're scared of him. Show me someone winning a fight with good, real Krav. You can't.

I'm going to preface this by saying that getting in a street fight is a losing proposition every time. It shows a scarcity mentality, loss of frame control, and outs both parties as huge chodes. Learn Verbal Judo and don't get in street fights, you fucking moron. You have nothing to gain. That said, Krav Maga is compliant, make-believe, "Sensei says" bullshit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbMITmDeNCU When anyone attempts to actually use it, it just looks like shitty kickboxing. https://www.yo…
