0	Consent? Yeah, it makes its stance clear, but it also says there is no clear evidence either way. Look man, I'm not pushing for circumcision. I just read a report that claimed that the health benefits outweighed the risks, and another that claimed the opposite. I read a report that said it lead to psychological trauma later in life, and another report that claimed it found no link between increased stress or trauma and circumcision.
