Yeah, it makes its stance clear, but it also says there is no clear evidence either way. Look man, I'm not pushing for circumcision. I just read a report that claimed that the health benefits outweighed the risks, and another that claimed the opposite. I read a report that said it lead to psychological trauma later in life, and another report that claimed it found no link between increased stress or trauma and circumcision. According to your link, at most there is no clear evidence either way. And acording to The American Academy of Pediatrics, there are some, albeit slight, benefits. Hardly seems like a reason to to be so against it.

No offence, but he is the vice director of pediatric surgery at Lurie children's hospital. I'm pretty sure he knows more on the subject than some guy on Reddit.

Yeah, I have a family friend who is a pediatric surgeon, he highly recommends newborn boys getting circumcised.
