Correct, but that is not what you attempted to infer. You declared, "(she) you must hate compliments." That is a failure of deduction, and a logical fallacy (specifically, composition/division). up until that point, she has provided nothing to suggest she "hates compliments."

She explained through a number of reasons why she wouldn't like that specific compliment. She did not say that she hates compliments.

Also, more so those who are very judgmental of other peoples prides, accomplishments, or assets (in any of the many forms). I know judgmental isn't necessarily materialism, but it is in a similar vein. a vain vein, you could say.

take her to the mummy tomb. say, "you think that's stiff? i'll show you stiff."

initially, i was going to say, "fuck it, get there late, roll through and just say "hey" to everyone you ,meet...but, since you know the HOSTS...you certainly want to find them early, say, "THANK YOU for inviting me" catch up a little, get back on their bro side, and then just enjoy the perks of knowing the hosts. then...well...then, burninate every piece of ass you see.

first off: that should read, "overcompensation statement". example: the Blockheads from Gumby. they scared the shit out of me (still do). so i express it (if the girl is old enough, she'll know what Gumby is, hopefully). then state that i'll never take a pottery class again w/o a flamethrower by my side. silly, i know. but, when you ask a girl afterwards what scared them the most from their childhood, you can probably relate to anything they're saying, or just jive them about it...push pull push…

i make an emotional reaction to something that affected me as a child, openly admit it (which is usually funny), and then over reach with a compensation statement (also usually funny) that shows how i've learned to not take the world too seriously.

absolutely spot on about the motorcycle. 95% of the girls want to go for a ride, and i'm not talking about some stupid stunt. they just want to be seen on the back of your bike, their sweet asses right out there for all to see. oh god, my girls have loved the bikes i've had, a few of them telling me that the vibrations make them wet, and one of them actually fingering herself while on the back. that...that was priceless. if you life in the country, know where some great places are to take them t…

if you are a graduate student, you certainly have an attraction bonus to the undergrads and other grads. on older women...not necessarily the case...

practicing not giving a fuck grows on you and before you know it, it totally becomes contagious and a part of your outlook on life. from there, two tenants that i have learned over the years take place: the universe rewards courage. period. it will meet you half way if you put any energy into it. you cannot do it all yourself, and there is no such thing as a free lunch falling into your lap. fortune favors the bold. period. not the lucky, but the BOLD.

god, this is cheezy given all the good advice and comments, but after reading this, i'm going to just simply unfriend (FBook) all the women i know who only talk to me because they like my attention. there are a number of them; and it's annoying that i do it to just think about when they're going to come visit me (and they often do, but it is still never worth it). thanks OP/seddit; my first step is the most important one. now, to only focus on myself and girls worth chasing.

i agree; i was thinking just that from our second date: she had slight touches, and i was still very respectful of her space. coupled with my "biggest problem" (mentioned above), is that i never want to overstep my boundaries. i personally have raging problems with men that are predators to woman by the practice of "intimidation/encroachment/belittlement" which actually, believe it or not, works on some women. granted, i am nothing like that (nor would i want to be with a woman who would allow a…

man, this is my biggest problem. and not just because i too, am an academic. i just have interesting conversations with everyone i meet...and i dont know how to turn the seduction on, i.e.: how to be suggestive and tease open a reaction that is more than friendly, but actually attracted to me. i have a huge thing with trust; as i always shoot to have the women feel she can trust me enough to meet for a second time. the third date/meeting is something more romantic (dinner, then walk, or all out …

dont forget; the boss (although married) certainly enjoys the power position he has; the money to treat his harem of workers, and knowing that she is smiling and flirting with the ideas (even if remotely and even if she'd never act on them) when they're all out together. i agree with the other posters in that you should start merging your lives back together, while enhancing yours. work out with a fervor (but dont hurt yourself :) be the best father to your child and include her in the process (…

serious here: maybe she squirts or has a reaction beyond just an orgasm. maybe she didnt want to smell afterwards, sweat and lady juices might just make her uncomfortable if she knew she wasn't having sex. be cool dude, and let her move it forward next time. she'll probably sense your controlled manner next time and lead you to where she is comfortable. oh, and just for patience-practice, put her hand down on her spot and let her do the magic with you feeling her movements. this might be a step …
