this is astoundingly discriminatory. My thoughts too. Isn't feminism about equality between genders? How is this feminist? This is discriminatory as fuck. Having a dick disqualifies you for a job now? And what exactly are they achieving by marginalizing men and not giving them equal opportunities?

Playing hard to get / uninterested. Either way, that's not what you want in a partner or hook up. Why would you want someone who's not interested in you? Why would you go after someone who wants to act childish playing games? We're all adults here, no need to play games.
