Interesting. I paused the reading of a book to go to Reddit and I stumbled upon this thread. The book is called "Heterophobia" by Daphne Patai, and it explains among other things how loose definitions have been abused by what she labelled the Sexual Harassment Industry, for whimsical accusations. There is a YouTuber (a former radfem) who explained the phenomenon: women have been fed the idea that men live in easy mode and they are being oppressed in every way. So when they come across men's issues, they enter into a fight or flight state and their empathy goes out of the window.
