I have literally been in both situations where with one girl I really liked her but she didnt like me back and I spent around 5 years just liking her and then another girl I was texting fairly often and in the end I had to ghost her because she would take up to a whole month to reply and then give the most shit response you could imagine. I would jump at the chance to be able to go out and party and shit but I currently have no friends which also doesnt help with getting a girlfriend. My mums not that strict so as long as I didnt have a party at my house I think she would be ok, I wouldnt want to wait to start a relationship until I move out though cause I have no idea how long that's gonna be
