Weird. In every healthcare job I've done the women just do it cuz it has to be done. It's rare that the women ever ask me to lift anything for them. Actually there's been plenty of times where I wish they had because they're basically dead lifting 60 pound boxes of diluent and stuff in the lab. But mind you I'm in Canada and they get paid good wages so the women take pride in being good workers due to the wage and schooling.
