4	St. Fatrick's Day. Or why too much beer/alcohol consumption is preventing you from having the ideal body composition you want. Pretty poor post from an endorsed contributor imo. Just sounds like a bunch of fat hate to me. Obviously being fit raises your sexual market value, one of many benefits, but in no way does lacking a shredded physique invalidate your pursuit of happiness or ability to be a man.
