Really depends on where you are. In some places they put you in cuffs and let the school cop deal with you (which almost always sends a kid out into state custody).

I'm all for standing up for yourself. But I got in a few fights in school, and when you've got the upper hand, it's always better to go for some sort of hold or pin. It makes you look like the bigger person for not throwing unnecessary blows, and it really puts a fucker in their place when they have to agree to your terms in order to let them go.

No, it isn't. It's a bad analogy because supposes that the function of child support is only to take money from willing parents in order to one against the other. And it completely disregards the fact that the vast majority of support agreements are entered into in the interest of all parties collectively.

Broadly, no, I don't think that's true. For one this scenario is a Texas issue (and one the guy should be advocating with his state reps), and two, child support is absolutely necessary. Sure, some times injustices happen. But you don't hear anything about how it works 99% of the time.
