I've stated my opinion on the matter, but way too early for any serious conversations about stuff like that. I don't necessarily need to a name on what we are to eachother yet either, just a better read on how she sees me perhaps. In my experience, women tend to decide on some things subconsciously, before they are able to communicate it in words, hence why I'm curious what others would think in a similar situation:)

Yeah this really depends on the woman. Some women are turned on by intelligence for sure, and like the associated conversations that follows. Others don't, and might be bored/intimidated by it. But also, with any woman, I think it's a time and place for everything.

I know i know. Just tired of the more unserious ones i suppose. Not that you can ever know for certain before getting to know em.. But yeah.. I'm looking a bit too heavy into it, for sure.

Yeah good point. Not sure this was the reason in this case, but she deserved another chance for sure. Just figured more because people already are very flaky and inconsistent on dating apps, both in what intention they have and what they are looking for, i could benefit from being a bit more picky and selective when these things happen. Firm boundaries if you will, as i know what works best for me.

Yeah.. That's what i figured as well 😂 but ONS do nothing for me. I don't need a gf per se, but i need to warm up to a person, and have some kind of mental chemistry going first. Hence, why i just wanna meet, talk for a bit over some coffee or other activity. Either way, it sorted itself out later that night. She called late, asking if i were busy, wanting to meet. So she came over and stayed the night, because obviously, I'm just a weak spawn of a man 😂 She mentioned something about social anxi…

Yeah i know. Shit even I'm losing attraction if it's too much. Yeah she's getting a second chance, but im tuning down the texts for sure. Appreciate you're feedback.

Yeah, i agree. Just somewhat tainted from recent experiences i guess. It's making me cynical and dismissive. Thanks for your input!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, she mentioned thursday as being open. Told her we could look at thursday once we get into the next week. Yeah trying not to emotionally invest, but it's harder on the account of my adhd, and mostly just annoyed really on the short notice. Weekends are somewhat hoky for me, as i live far away from friends/family, so things needs to be planned. Wasn't supposed to go on dates yet either really, because of a bad breakup with an ex. I've just been swiping tinder out of bor…

It's more akin to what this guy is saying. Call it mirroring. Most people mirror a bit of each others behaviour. Too much nervous energy can be tiresome, boring or simply too much. Same can be said about someone who is overly enthusiastic, confident and energetic too! It's just too much! Either of the good thing. Or the bad. Depending on how you wanna see it. I think you get hung up a bit on the word 'creepy'. Fuck that. Who cares if some women use such vague words on people just because they di…

any advice for someone that has a hard time controlling emotions, that lets the emotions be in control? personally, i've allways had a hard time understanding statements like the one above. i would love to follow them, i truly would! but for me, it's like my emotions are front and center, and i have to come along for the ride. mood, confidence and thoughts are all dictated by my mood.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
