1	Men should be allowed to sign away parental rights without the consent of the woman during pregnancy. If she can choose to not be a mother, he should be able to choose to not be a father. Give the man the same time frame a woman has to terminate to decide if he wants the kid or not. If he decides not to have the kid, the woman now has to make a choice.
