Strawman. Never said anything about a six pack. Never said anything that the gym is most important. You gain self love by doing things that would make you love yourself, meaning self improvement. The gym is one very effective way to do exactly that. It shows dedication, discipline, patience, etc. which help you in all other aspects of life, not to mention the increased aesthetics. Confidence in yourself is built upon bettering yourself. Confidence leads to more opportunity not only with women. You are right there are multiple ways to do it.
