I think it depends on lifestyles. For example. There's a big difference between a woman who doesn't work and holds a lot of debt and a woman with a nice job and has no debt. The woman I'm with now makes more than me and also has no debt. We're both fortunate in that regard. So if theoretically married, it'd be the rare case where the woman is the bread winner lol. So in that case....no? My ex wife and I made exactly the same. We split everything 50/50 when we divorced. It couldn't have been easi…

$3k for the mediator. We split everything 50/50 and are on very good terms. Holy shit I got lucky 😬 she didn't even touch my 401k even though she could have and kept her student loans. I almost feel bad..

IMO bumble is completely broken. Men are incentivized to swipe right on literally everyone and just see what comes in. Making it almost impossible for women to know whos truly interested, so to get true matches is like finding a needle in a haystack and men basically get no matches. 80% of women swipe on the top 20% of men, or so I've heard. Could be bs. Maybe that's part of the reason why. Idk That's how how any of that should work

No need to tell them anything until they are ready and curious. Human beings are fallible. It's how you deal with it and act afterwards that is important. I had an affair also when our son was one. Neither of us wanted kids when we got married. Until 8 months after marriage when she broke the news that she did. I still didn't. 2 years of constant fighting later she got pregnant under "conditions" I needed met (like moving closer to family). None were met and a female coworker entered my life whe…

You really believe that? Why do you think MGTOW got banned? Because it was constant hating on women. Some violence endorsing. It was a fucking cesspool that created a lot of incels no doubt about it. When I got divorced I went down that rabbit hole and had to back the fuck off because I realized how dangerous and shitty it was. But learned a lot and some good points in TRP but mostly it's a slippery slope. Realized the "O" in MGTOW is very important. Don't let others tell you what to think. Not …

When did this sub become a MGTOW/incel hangout? Jesus Christ lol. What does this have to do with divorce

This is some incel propoganda but can't deny it has happened before to someone. My marriage and divorce was quite a bit different and much more positive fortunately for me (and my son). Edit: I don't care if virgins who have never been married much less divorced downvote me for hurting their feelings lol. Find a new subreddit to brigade, nerds

You installed a dating app and got a date within a week? Surely this is an ad or you're following the 2 rules of online dating lol

This is so true. I imagined post divorce I'd be living in a cardboard box behind denny's or something and I was scared shitless. But until now I have never lived alone and doing way better than I could have imagined now that I have control of my finances for the first time. I'm afraid it will hurt my chances of a successful relationship going forward lol. I love living alone now (well half custody of my son so part time living alone so I'm not at all lonely)..

Are you saying a kid in their early 20s with absolutely no life experience isn't a trusted source of information on the topic of marriage?

Well you sold me on the Norse mythology lol. We're on the same team just everyone has a different interpretation which is fine since we're all just making the best of what we can out of our lives 🍻

You don't need validation from others. It sounds to me like you absolutely do. If you do go nuts but I couldn't give a fuck. I'll live my life the way I see fit. Don't like it go fuck yourself. Not saying that to you just to anyone who would suggest one person's way of life is superior is a bitch

Not needing a group IS the definition if you're going your own way and not someone else's. It's not a group it's a philosophy. Big difference. And what you said sounds offensive to homosexuals. Are you projecting?

Mgtow1 is absolute garbage filled with garbage people. A lot of them came here and ruined it. There are people there who hate women which is fuckin hilariously pathetic and it's an echo chamber and they warp each other's minds. It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad. I realized I don't need a space or a group to be a man. I just need myself and live by my own rules and love with whomever the fuck I want. I just am not gonna be fucked with again. Don't need a daily reminder of that. I'll use other sub…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
