| 3 | Wealthy wahman drunk drives and kills a man. It's odd that they say that in the previous arrest in 2000 she was "acquitted by the jury and given two years probation". Why would she get probation for being acquitted? Something isn't right there. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 29/08/21 02:16 PM |

| 2 | You get what you f*ckin' deserve!Nope, no argument. I was mainly pointing out to the other poster that simple trespass is never enough. Being outnumbered, maybe, maybe not. Depends on how effective you are selling your fear to a jury. Be well 👍🏼 | /r/PussyPassDenied | 04/06/20 02:40 AM |
| 1 | You get what you f*ckin' deserve! That’s pretty thin....in fact, it’s anorexic! LoL But I like pushing boundaries. I can agree that he would be justified once he is inside and they followed...but out in the driveway, no sale (for deadly force). Every Castle Doctrine I’ve seen only applies to the Castle, not the moat. I have no problem with what he actually did, though. 100% justified IMHO. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 04/06/20 12:49 AM |
| 0 | You get what you f*ckin' deserve!Point, please, to any state statute that allows deadly force for simple trespass. I’ll wait. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 03/06/20 10:31 PM |
