Let's say a couple divorces because they've become bored or unhappy with each other. Should each get half the stuff? It's a pretty straighforward question. Or should the spouse who works/earns more take a bigger portion of the stuff at the end?

Of course you have the right to not marry if you don't want to give up any of your stuff, I respect that. But I'm asking about people who do marry and then divorce.
