375... But deadlifts are more important. If she knows you can pull 500+ lbs off the floor, her hamster can only imagine what you can do picking up her (hopefully) 110-140lb body. I recently pulled my first 600lb deadlift. There were two groups of young guys, my plate and her two friends who stopped their workout entirely to watch my 3+ minute setup and lift. Afterwards, two older gentleman came by, asked how much that was and then congratulated me. The more "primal" the lift, the more attention …

Placebo. Amino acids, if he's referring to the supplement, are only 3 of the essential 9 and overall 21 proteins your body needs. You can get them all through a proper diet. No need for supplements.

Considering ~7/10 people you see in the US are either overweight or obese, I'd venture to say even greater than 60% can't hit those numbers. Those numbers are extremely easy to achieve for any male within 6 months of training. Don't listen to the other guy. Using machines rather than free weight is ridiculous. Dorian was a genetic freak on top of using pharmaceuticals. He also did Deadlift. The Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press are the standard lifts for testing strength for a reason. Have you eve…

How old are you? This sounds like high school. Stop caring so much about the he said, she said. Ask her out and make a move. It's the only way you'll find out.

You're worrying way too much about what's going on around you. You keep saying you're focused on yourself, but then you keep mentioning this other fella and you honestly seem quite envious of him. Take note. If he can sperg out about anime and still get pussy, he likely just doesn't give a fuck about what people think of him. Stop caring about what others are doing and actually better yourself. Go volunteer somewhere, join a rec sports team, join a club, anything that will increase your time int…

Unless there's evidence for any of them, ignore them. Don't feed into them. The more you invest into the rumors, whether it be emotionally or attempts to prove them otherwise, the more others will suspect it's true. If you're confronted on the rumors in any manner, I find good ol' agreeing and amplifying works best. X: "Hey mrich, Y says you have a little problem downstairs" You: "Oh man. It's been such a hassle. I can't even seem to find the problem. Mind if you go on your knees and check it ou…

Are you lifting because you're doing it for yourself? Or for pussy? Because some of your responses sound like you're only hunting for physical appearance and not the numerous other benefits lifting brings. Anywho. Eat more. Find a place where you are eating enough calories that in a week you're gaining 0.25 - 0.5lbs. That will most likely be muscle. It doesn't seem like much weight, but if you do it for 3 months, an extra ~5-6lb of muscle will change a physique. Protein at 1.8 - 2.2 g/kg of body…

Ok, I'm going to be blunt. There is a bit too much misinformation and hamstering here. First off, define "decent gains" - I doubt you're ACTUALLY putting in maximum effort into your training and diet. At 5'10" and 165lb there is very little chance that you look any more muscular than a normie. You then define men who use steroids as "cheaters". This is you hamstering away the progress and gains they made while working hard in the gym and on maintaining a proper diet. You don't just pack on 20lb …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
