No, those haven’t been proven and argued for in a court of a law. Here’s a lawyer who has proven legally that it would help men and women. You can’t just interpret an amendment however you want. If you’re not going to watch it please don’t bother responding. https://youtu.be/1y9wZNbZXKE

Title IX and the ERA are the same thing…
/r/MensRights01/07/22 09:31 PM
2

Title IX would also help men. We’ve studied it with the assistance of lawyers who worked on it. Men are often sentenced more harshly for the same crimes women commit. The ERA would fix that. For instance look at MeToo, men can lose everything over a false allegation. The feminists have stolen the ERA and are presenting it as something it is not. Please read up on it. https://youtu.be/VNNjtZN6ywE

That’s a good point. That’s a huge discrepancy. Just like in Johnny Depp v Amber Heard, Amber would throw things and hit and then get upset when Johnny “sat her down on the bed”. She was probably trying to get him to react, knowing she could pin it on him. https://youtu.be/Upj72P1ZnZ8

We agree with you. It’s ridiculous vasectomies are not covered by insurance. That seems very one sided. Now if Biden would instruct the Archivist to publish the ERA (equal rights amendment) this would given both men and women equal reproductive rights. We spoke with one of the lawyers who proved this in court. She specifically mentioned this would include men too, as men often face harsher punishments for crimes than women. https://youtu.be/1y9wZNbZXKE

Maybe in Texas the ERA is corrupt but on a federal level Title IX (also known as the ERA) would prevent men from being punished more harshly for certain crimes than women. What you’re talking about is a problem with an office not the ERA itself. https://youtu.be/VNNjtZN6ywE

You don’t have to be salaried to get PTO they’re changing the law. You need to learn what a law is. https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacodeupdates/title40.1/section40.1-33.4/ http://sicktimeinfo.minneapolismn.gov/#:~:text=Employers%20with%20six%20or%20more,choose%20to%20provide%20it%20unpaid.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 07:51 PM
1

Do you even really have a job? Because in the US it’s illegal not to pay you. You need to go report that to OSHA and the Department of Labor. Your employer is committing a crime.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 07:43 PM
1

Then take the time off, what’s the problem? When I was a general manager I would have made you. You can’t work very well if you’re puking, in fact it’s illegal.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 07:40 PM
1

If they are giving you diarrhea and vomiting you should take extra days off. I get migraines too, it sucks.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 07:33 PM
3

But you can. If you get the flu or diarrhea every month you most definitely can call in and you should. Many people do puke and get diarrhea every month with their period along with heavy flows, so massive amounts of blood Some women can work with their periods so I don’t understand this law, except that 1 in 10 women do have endometriosis, which is awful. I also answered the question for you if you took 3 seconds to read my entire response.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 09:28 AM
1

Thank you for saying that. I’m trying to support my daughter while also caring her by working from home. Here’s our YouTube channel. 😊 https://youtu.be/BXwze_mmT2s
/r/MensRights12/05/22 08:20 AM

What other debilitating disorders do you think need PTO that are not covered? If there are some they absolutely should be accommodated. Here in the US I have a friend who got fired for having a cystic fibrosis flare, which up until recently was terminal illness. I have another who was fired from a restaurant because he needed knee surgery. Both are men. There’s very little you can do unless you can manage to get a good lawyer.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 08:16 AM
0

Unfortunately endometriosis is not recognized as a disability in the US. You may be able to get disability for some of the symptoms it causes. Even here it’s very difficult to to get disability for autism. My daughter has autism and a speech language disability and they won’t approve her. She has a team of professionals who work with her and a diagnosis but they just won’t acknowledge it.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 06:49 AM
-10

That is odd because some women don’t get bad periods and don’t need time off. However, endometriosis effects 1 in 10 women and is not considered a disability. At least not in the US. Imagine laying in the bathroom puking and crying in pain every month. It’s worse than the flu. It can also cause life endangering complications not to mention chronic fatigue.
/r/MensRights12/05/22 05:11 AM

Can you provide an equivalent reason a male would need to take leave? I’m curious, I agree if there is one you should get it. Just not sure what it is. It just sounds like they’re expanding the definition of sick leave.

One’s sexuality or lack of one isn’t a choice… but I see your point. People have no idea how to have healthy relationships without using each other.

They agreed not to talk about each other in the media in their divorce agreement, so her articles in the Sun and the Washington Post broke that agreement. That’s why they are at trial. She signed the papers. It’s a defamation trial not abuse trial.

There’s nothing magic about the ERA, I didn’t say that. It would HELP with it. The feminists who are claiming it only helps women are incorrect. Where it would help the most is in a court of law. Like when Kevin Spacey was charged $31 million he would have legal grounds to fight it based on the ERA. Capisce?

Most people don’t get an abortion just because they don’t want a baby, it’s usually for health reasons or because they live in a very unsafe environment, like they are being trafficked.

The press is mostly yellow journalists. My sister and I created a YouTube channel that supports both men and women. We talk about how the MeToo movement cancels innocent men and must stop. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNPalKRK8G9RIuYhdA4rXeTZ3Qcvssdva

There are a few YouTubers who have been covering this for quite some time, including my sister and I. MSM has failed us in so many ways so we took matters into our own hands. We actually have a lot of work exposing the MeToo movement. Check it out. https://youtu.be/bDIqea9FlHg

All good points, we actually have an interview with a Republican on our channel who disagrees with Cuomo politically but can still see that the Dems framed him. The same thing happened to Franken. https://youtu.be/vXKabfyEnBI

Cases like this are not black and white and take time to wade through, which is why our videos are longer. They trick people into believing the accusers because people don’t want to take the time to investigate. However, in regards to Andrew Cuomo: he has not been accused of anything illegal except by one person. And that individual had no evidence. She couldn’t even give a date and time she was allegedly grabbed. Is reading easier? https://www.thegalasisters.com/our-blog/historyofcorruptioninny…

This is completely inaccurate. We have videos defending Kevin Spacey, Andrew Cuomo, Al Franken, Keith Ellison, Marilyn Manson, Johnny Depp, Rep. John Thompson and more. We have over 400 videos and you based your opinion off from one? We’re actually trying to help and you are not helping your case by silencing us. Shallow. Also we’re non partisan. We are not members of a party. You did not look at our catalog. That is factually incorrect. Because if you had you’d have seen that we defend men and …
