If i remember correctly, dude was at the movies with his family. A pack of kids were harassing and threatening them. He just wanted to get his family (wife and young son) away from them but they stayed up in his face. He pushed the one when she wouldn't relent... she came back with fists up so he took care of business. He pled guilty to assault and got a suspended sentence and mandatory anger management counseling. Believe it or not, the girl picking the fight was just 11 years old.... the dude …
