Bro you need to eat your basic 3 meals a day and a protein shake. Drink about a gallon of water a day. Add some supplements. Iron and zinc are amazing. Get 20min of sun daily. Sleep 8 hrs atleast. And lift heavy at the gym. Do this for a month straight and youll see a huge difference.
