Lowered inhibition comes with extroversion. Part of the package deal. I can tell you are an introvert and have never felt extroversion for yourself. Nothing wrong with that. However as someone with bi polar I experience both extreme introversion and extreme extroversion at different times. When I feel extroverted my inhibitions are greatly lowered. Another word for it is social confidence. Natural alphas have it. You can experience it by taking ecstasy.

You need to bulk up and definitely shave that hair shit off. I discovered that eating raw oats with dried fruits and milk helps bulk you up quickly. On this 90% oats diet I went from 70 kg to 85 kg muscle. Of course you got to work out while gaining else you'll get fat.
