9	What is she implying here, that women should work less but be paid as much? Earn more per hour than men? I'm gonna play Devil's Advocate and say that no, she wasn't implying any of that. She's saying that even if we discover all the reasons why women make less money, that doesn't mean there is no earnings gap. All these reasons explain the earnings gap, therefore it is intellectually dishonest to claim that it doesn't exist. 1	This guy says it perfectly This is actually not so frivolous as it sounds. There are many cases where such a lawsuit would be perfectly valid. For example, cases involving booby traps are usually won by the burglars. There was a famous one in the US back in 1990, where the guy even went to prison.
