I would disagree heavily, especially nowadays. I’ll definitely check out that diet. I used Keto to maintain my weight during fights, however I seem to not be benefitting from that at all now. I’ve been toying with starting the Carnivore Diet or fasting, but I’ll definitely check this out. Running aggravates the knee, only because I’ve gained weight. I used to be perfectly fine running. I can do body weight squats, yes! I’ll stick with leg press and I’ll start on the extensions and curls.
