Women have the choice to keep it or abort it. Men can be forced into parenthood against their will.

Sure. Though only casually. You don't want to get seriously involved with a feminist.

An overseas LDR isn't a real relationship to begin with.

From a financial perspective, you're living the dream.

Your problem is that all your efforts were with the intent to get anywhere with girls, which is why you feel steerless now that you don't care about that stuff anymore. Focus on yourself instead. Work out because you want to be healthy and fit, and work on your social skills so you can have a fullfilling social life. Rather than chasing skirts, aim to excel in your studies or work.

TLDR: Women have a harder time because amongst all the free sex and attention we get, sometimes it isn't as good as we'd like.

Congratulations, brother! I think you've also handled the conversation with your ex perfectly.

Nice! No rent (though a mortgage I presume) and a balcony. You're well on your way at 24.

It sounds like you both are looking for something casual. That's why she doesn't want it on her record, so to speak.

Why is your economic background relevant? A woman from a poor background might attempt to marry up out of necessity, while you do it to cultivate your status along with your financial position. The moment you marry a man with whom you intellectually and mentally connect, but who works a blue collar job or has an otherwise lesser financial position than you do, is when you can start making claims that AWALT doesn't apply to you.

Before anyone says having friends doesn't mean you're not depressed, if you have friends you are sure as fuck better off than a man who's completely isolated and hasn't spoken to anyone in weeks. Exactly. When you add isolation on top of depression, it makes everything much worse.

Watch out for ticks though. They can even infect you while going your own way.

Don't leave her on 'read'. That will just give off a passive aggressive vibe and is an immature way of handling these situations. If you have no interest in pursuing her anymore, just let her know you're fine and leave it at that. Keep your answers short and concise and don't initiate further contact.

Lol at the first two replies. Proved your point right there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
