3	I'm learning that as a man nobody is going to step in and give me a helping hand if things go downhill. As a result I am gradually taking on more and more responsibility because I'll be damned if I go down as a victim. I literally had goosebumps while reading your post. I can relate to it so much! I was going through depression for more than two years. One fine day I decided I’ve had enough cause no meds would help me if I didn’t wanna help myself. Went cold turkey on the anti depressants and started working out, reading books and focusing on my career. Also, always do your own research before investing your money. And most importantly, have patience especially in the crypto market. (Coming from a guy whose portfolio is down by 86%).
