20 years is far too light Actually, in the state of NY, the prison sentence for Second Degree Murder is 15 Year - 25 Years to Life. You could definitely argue that she should have been charged with First Degree Murder. How is this a "Pussy Pass"? She was sentenced to 20 years to Life in prison for a second degree murder charge, pretty common sentencing. There's a big distinction between "exposing yourself to kids" and taking a piss in the park at night which happens to be with 200m of a playground. Additionally, there's a big distinction between Public Indecency and Sexual Assault, and personally, I don't think the two should be grouped into the same category of "sexual offender"

As much as I hate the double standard, they should not be put on the sex offenders list. Neither should people who take a piss in the park near kids. That list should be reserved for actual sex offenders
