I struggle with this too. There's plenty of opportunities that are missed . If you dwell on it it'll just hurt you. Telling yourself over and over you can't approach during the day just becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. We can do it. You can start very small, baby steps. Just say hi and smile to a girl walking past you. Ask an old lady how's she doing during the day or comment on the weather. Celebrate and be happy for just being able to do that. I've never paid for any courses through them, but I do see the value in doing so. I've attended some RSD free tours which definitely helped my game. Sometimes if you pay and invest in something you're more than likely to pursue what you learned from it. Spend $200 or $2000 on a course and you don't want to feel like you wasted money, so you'll go out of your way more to implement what you've learned. Honestly just depends how much you value the money and your game. I think they're a good company…
