2	I think Brock Turner is being unfairly treated Here's one thing mentioned a lot more after the verdict: the text messages about drugs and alcohol, and witness statements about his drunken and aggresive behavior etc. contradicted the image that his defense tried to construct. Furthermore, if he was willing to lie about things that could be verified, it's no stretch that he'd be willing to lie in instances where all we have is his word. One clear pattern was that typical " slutty" clothing was interpreted as a sign of assertiveness and confidence - two qualities that most rapists don't look for in a victim.
