Yes this right here. He can't blame the court system because of his inaction. My ex moved out one day to another state with my 4 month old. She said I'm not stepping one foot in the state of Nevada without a court order; I told her I would get her one. Long story short the state made her move back to my home state. That was 3 years ago and we get along now but it would have been really shitty if I wouldn't have taken action.
