3	Develop a routine: 3 things I do every single day before work for Inner Game Same here man. I was on an amazing streak earlier this year but fizzled out during the summer. It definitely kicked the winter blues. Routine was: hop out of bed for 4:50, grab my lunch and gym bag and head straight for the gym. I'd drink a preworkout on the drive there which really helped fire me up. The gym was practically empty most days, so I had free reign to any bench or machine I wanted (it was glorious).
