Someone posted a video here recently about choosing a small amount of goals but doing them 100%. Every since I watched it I've been more disciplined than ever. Also I haven't been drinking or doing drugs and my brain feels so clear. It's mind blowing how great sobriety can be if you're on a mission in life, very easy to forget that

If you do cardio switch to HIIT, experiment with super sets, focus on keeping your rest times under 2 minutes. If you do a lot of volume cut some stuff out and focus on main lifts, you can shorten those workouts. And also with less volume you can go more often. 45 minutes 5 to 6 times a week is only a few hours a week, should be manageable even on a busy schedule. It's really a small portion of your overall time
