'm 6' and weigh around 190 lbs. Haven't lifted since last summer so I put on 20 lbs of fat but I'll work on losing that starting this summer. As a fat guy trying to at least hit gym 3-4 times per week, I force myself. I wake up and i take the bag with gym items everywhere. I got picture of a athletic guy on my phone so every time I check my phone i see that guy and want to be like him. Also my gym-buddies will text me you abusive texts for example - YOU FAT SHIT YOU BETTER BE AT GYM OR THAT ASIAN GIRL YOU LIKE WILL NOT NOTICE YOU etc. For me every little thing helps.
