Disobeying a police command is in fact, a crime. Getting aggressive and belligerent will never help your situation. Best case scenario is to comply. Likely, she would've simply received a citation, and then she could've disputed the cops actions in court. When you get aggressive and belligerent, you get put down.. Simple as that.
Don't care what she blew. She was belligerent as shit. Cop simply gave her a few compliance strikes after giving her multiple verbal warnings. She got what was coming to her.
