MeToo could be a good thing about victims opening up about their experiences, so that they can come to terms with it. But places like twitter turn it into a witch hunt. Don't get me wrong, victims should definitely report their oppressors to the police so that the proper course of justice can follow. But doxxing people accused of rape is in my opinion a dangerous precedent to set.

True, here in the UK it is impossible for men to be raped by definition in the eyes of the law.

Which is not what this subreddit does, it dis-proportionally focuses on female perpetrated sexual assaults Fair enough, this subreddit is VERY strawman-y at times. I agree that Reddit in general focuses on mainly white male problems. But the aim of this subreddit, or at least why I am on it, is to bring the rest of the population's level of awareness to a proportional level. Of course it would be discussed disproportionately on here, and this could apply to any social issue with a community dedi…

Try top of all time That was the top of all time. And no one is denying men rape women at a greater rate. I simply don't understand how this negates the fact that male rape should have at least a proportional amount of time and effort devoted to raising awareness about it.

By focusing on 0.01% of rapes you are ignoring 99.99% that don't fit your narrative. Does that make sense to you? It sounds like you think that everyone on this sub is right wing and wants to suppress women. The existence of male rape does in no way invalidate the existence of female rape. You're right that women get raped much more than men do. This post is agreeing with that. But 7% of rape victims are still men - that's 700 times more than you said it is in your comment. And who ever said foc…

the vast majority of posts are about women committing rape, from this subreddit and from KIA. Really? Sounds like you're just trying to suppress this side of the story by branding it as misogynistic. Edit: In the top 20, there is ONE case of a woman raping a man. This probably isn't representative of the ratio of women and men getting raped. Blaming the entirety of either gender for a problem is shortsighted and stupid. That is not how gender equality will be achieved.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
