You make it seem like legislating is simple. It’s not, even with easier topics. This is not only not simple, it is also deeply personal for the victims. A non-zero number of rape victims do not report in a timely manner, if at all, for any number of reasons (fear of the rapist for example). Err on the side of trust, people complain of gaming the system. Err on the side of proof, a non-zero number of rape victims are forced to carry to term. There is no easy answer to this problem.

The argument is solid regarding recreational sex. The problem with banning abortion because of it is that not all pregnancies are a result of consensual sex and not all pregnancies are safe to carry to term.

I'll end it here, since you haven't rebutted a single point I've made. As I pointed out, women can only halfway dictate when they have sex (unless they can will another party to join in). Again, you are intentionally leaving out the fact that it takes two people making a choice to have sex. If she sits in her room and says "I'm gonna have sex" it doesn't magically happen.
