The program I'm looking at has me doing 3 sets of 5 @ 65%, 75% and 85% of 1RM. Those are not the percentages of the 1RM. Those are the percentages of the Training Max. A training max is 80-90% of your 1RM. I put in 100lb as my 5RM and it gave me a 1RM of 117lb. Does this sound about right? Since your 5RM is 100 lbs, that's a pretty good estimate for an 85% Training Max. Good. So on week 1, your workout will be 65 lbs for 5 reps, 75 lbs for 5 reps, and 85 lbs for as many reps as possible. On week…

I'm a hispanic man so apparently I benefit from this. But no. That's not ok. A white individual should not be discriminated against. I should be treated and judged just the same as all other applicants.

Bridesmaids is one of my favorite comedies. So is Easy A. I have no problem with female led comedies. I was excited by the Ghostbusters reboot. The trailer looked like crap. I won't be watching it. Simple as that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
