Implementing a schedule of going to the gym to lift weights 4-5 times a week has been the best choice I’ve made since I took the pill. I look forward to my workout sessions now, and even if I’m having a bad day or I don’t want to do anything at all, it still makes it to where I have to get out of the house and interact with other people in public, so it helps me stay grounded in that aspect too as I am very introverted and would stay inside all day everyday if it wasn’t detrimental to my life. Most men as they get older only have 2-3 solid friends they can really trust. I have 2 myself. You can meet more by pursuing things you are genuinely interested (like forming a band or a board game club whatever) and like minded friends will come, inevitably.
