Dude! Impressive! It’s nice to see these from older guys. I’m 40 and with a similar body type somewhere in the middle of your two pics. Can you explain how intermittent fasting helps? How do you do it? Also, how do you deal with injuries? I fucked my neck up somehow about two weeks ago and it’s still preventing me from exercising. Getting old sucks lol

I get $500 a month child support from my ex. I’m entitled to $900 though but I compromised so she’d leave my pension alone and take her student loan debt with her. I also waived spousal support. I do pretty well (80k a year and zero transportation expenses) but my ex makes about 200k a year.

Yeah I took out a personal loan to get my private pilots license and flew to London and Alaska for vacations last year. I lost my mind that first year after the divorce. I’m alright now though. Still have my bad days Edit: I flew commercial. That’d be insanely expensive and dangerous to do that in an old Cessna lol

Of course American males rip on each other. I think non-Americans have this misconception about us from media and whiny bitches on reddit.
